FAQs

  1. Do you take walk-ins?

Yes. We take walk-ins at our Bar nightly. Additional walk-ins are taken contingent upon availability. Booking a reservation in our Main Dining Room and on our Patio in advanced is highly encouraged.

  2. What about allergies or dietary restrictions?

Upon booking your reservation, we ask that you list any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have as well as any special occasions that you are celebrating! We will do our very best to accommodate where and when feasible. We love being prepared for you!

  3. Do you offer pescatarians, vegetarians, vegans, dairy free, gluten free or Whole 30 options?

We offer a seasonally driven menu that is intimate in size. Typically, we showcase 10-12 savory menu items for dinner Wednesday - Saturday and 7-8 for lunch on Sunday. For guests with dietary restrictions, such as pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free, it is common that we are able to modify 1-3 dishes for your enjoyment. We are unable to accommodate Whole 30 diets.

  4. Why Deposits for reservations?

Taking a deposit allows us to guarantee your reservation. By eliminating no-shows and requiring a pre-payment/deposit, we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great experience for you. Staplehouse exists to shed light on The Giving Kitchen and a cancellation or no-show day-of can disrupt our purpose and bottom line of our small business and our responsibility to The Giving Kitchen. We appreciate your understanding!

  5. What is a service fee?

We take a total deposit of $24.32 per person to secure your reservation. The full amount is applied to your bill. $4.32 of the total is the portion we apply toward a service fee with associated tax for our staff.

  6. What should I do if I am running late?

If you are going to be 15 minutes past your reservation, please call us at 404-524-5005, as we may need to adjust your seating time. If you are more than 20 minutes passed your scheduled reservation time, we may be unable to accommodate your reservation as we must honor other reservations after yours.

  7. What is the maximum party size at Staplehouse?

We offer a maximum party size of 3-4 in our main dining room and up to 5-6 on our patio. If you have booked a patio reservation, please know that patio seating is communal. Our patio has drop-down walls, heaters, fans and is an extension of our dining room.

  8. Can I exchange or reschedule my reservation?

At this time, we do not offer reschedules. If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notice and will refund your deposit. You will be able to rebook a reservation at your convenience for a date that is currently open in our calendar of reservations.

  9. Can I get a refund once purchased or cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hour notice and will refund your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours, we will convert your deposit into a donation to The Giving Kitchen. If you modify your reservation by 2 or more guests less than 24 hours, the associated deposit for those guests will be coverted into a donation. If you cancel your reservation and opted to donate to The Giving Kitchen via the supplement offering when you booked your reservation, we will not refund that donation. All donations to TGK will remain. Thank you for being generous! Staplehouse exists to shed light on The Giving Kitchen and a cancellation or no-show day of can disrupt our purpose and bottom line of our small business and our responsibility to TGK. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes. Our corkage fee is $30 per 750ml bottle. In addition, a full beverage menu as well as a Bottles list is available nightly.

  11. What is the dress code?

You should wear what makes you feel comfortable. It’s common that guests wear clothing.
